These forms and symbols are combined to establish a narrative that plays out these struggles. This body of work represents a reexamination of the “original sin”. The primitive iconography is juxtaposed into this narrative to create a mood of celebration rather than condemnation. Each figure, character, and symbol carries its own implications and meanings that blend with and change the context of the story. They create a view without shame, guilt, or blame to serve as cross-cultural celebration of life. |
