Here I ask you to follow the thick and thin lines to the right and back to the left. Now follow their actions upward and downward, forward and backward, in order to locate the light grays accordingly. Now, in a similar way, zig-zag with the darks, both above and below, and perceive their depth and distance. You will now feel that you are the one who is the mover, not motors or screens scrambling shadows and lights.
