We celebrated our 20th Anniversary this September. And to commemorate the occasion, we threw a party featuring a live performance, artist talks, new exhibitions, and more. From humble beginnings as an artist co-op in Las Cruces, NM, to one of the foremost contemporary art galleries in Santa Fe's Railyard, it has been a wonderful ride. Here's to another twenty years!

What's a 20th Anniversary without some drinks?! Railyard neighbors As Above, So Below set up the bar.

Longtime friend and gallery artist Bunny Tobias congratulates gallery owner Sandy Zane on twenty years. See Tobias's work in Invisible, opening 10.31.25, 5–7 P.M.

More familiar faces! Robert Ebendorf, pioneer of assemblage art and the studio jewelry movement, chats with Sandy Zane, gallery owner.

Early bird gets the open bar!

A few of Santa Fe's arts industry heavy hitters; Lookin’ good!

Sometimes art is best enjoyed solo.

Or with a friend! Left: artist Debra Baxter, right: artist Jacks McNamara

TABLE Magazine sent their best dressed.

Multimedia artist and IAIA professor Drew Trujillo speaks about his sound piece that accompanied Rulan Tangen's dance performance (video coming soon!), marking the first of the night's artist talks.

Next on the mic: Scott Thrift, the artist behind The Present, on view through 9.30.26.

On the catwalk, folks get acquainted with Thrift's work, which is all about changing how we track and perceive time.

Finally, artist and SFAI residency alumna, Ana González Barragán, speaks on the installation of Anatomy of Extraction: PART 01, which explores the sociopolitical narratives around extractive industries like mining.

A little rain didn't stop folks from venturing outside to see González Barragán's sculpture.

If you get the chance, it's always worth talking to the artist.

Back inside, gallery director Carina Evangelista shares programming plans for Zane Bennett including the inaugural portfolio of prints to be produced by ZB Editions; and announces the sundowning of the form & concept brand—but not the programming!

Gallery owner Sandy Zane reflects on twenty years of supporting the Southwest's contemporary art scene.

The crowd was all ears.

Artist, mountain man, exhibitions coordinator and all around best-guy Brad Hart was called down to honor his being with the gallery since day one.

One of the sweetest moments from the night.

All right, enough sentimentality. Let's boogie! DJ Winoka Yepa on the wheels of steel.

Not much dancing, but the vibes were high—Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate our 20th anniversary. We wouldn't be who we are without you. Thank you!
