Capitol Collective: Jorge Otero-Pailos

Join us 5–7 p.m. on Friday, September 25, 2026, during Constitution Week, for the opening reception of Capitol Collective , a new exhibition by artist, architect, and experimental preservationist Jorge Otero-Pailos. The artist will be in attendance.
